Locate the CCS sub-folder in the CableNut folder. (This can either be done by the desktop shortcut, the start menu shortcut, or by locating the CableNut install folder.) ------------------------------------------------------ 2. Run the CableNut Adjuster program. (Adjuster.exe - shortcuts are on the desktop, and in the start menu.) ------------------------------------------------------ 3. Select 'Open Custom Settings File' from the file menu. (This will load a specific CCS file into the Adjuster.) ------------------------------------------------------ 4. Select the correct CCS file that corresponds to your Internet connection. (All of the CableNut CCS files are located in the CCS sub-folder.) ------------------------------------------------------ 5. Click open on your selected CCS file. ------------------------------------------------------ 6. The values for the specific CCS will show. ------------------------------------------------------ 7. Press the 'Save to Registry' button. ------------------------------------------------------ 8. This will install the selected CableNut tweak file. ------------------------------------------------------ 9. Restart your system. (A restart is needed after every change in the Adjuster.) ------------------------------------------------------ 10. Your system is now tweaked for optimal Internet speed.
